CORE + Circuit Training

CORE is a great workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. You build strength, stability, and endurance in the muscles that support your core, improve posture, improve balance, support injury prevention, increase your core strength for every day life, tone abs, butt, back and legs.

All the moves in CORE have options, so it is challenging but achievable, whatever your fitness level. 

During the workout, I will guide you through the correct technique as you work with resistance bands and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises.

All this carefully combined with Circuit Training in the first half of the class, makes these two a perfect couple to turn up the heat in your training.

Circuit is a functional full-body training that really boosts and improves your muscular strength and endurance, speed, agility, and cardiovascular health.

You'll move quickly through 8-10 stations to work different muscle groups with very little rest between stations. Each station has a different exercise. 

Circuit training keeps things interesting because it is so fast-paced, and you don't stay at one station long enough to get bored. It is flexible, creative, and fun.
